The co-owner and creator of Paellas San Juan has worked for more than 25 years in the gastronomic sector throughout Spain in places like Minorca (her hometown), the Canary Islands, Cordoba and Barcelona, in this last city she led a team in a cutting-edge restaurant of exotic tapas. She has also assisted courses in the city of Barcelona that were presented by the Sous-chef of El Bulli, restaurant owned by Ferran Adrian. With her experience and her passion for gastronomy, she started this family business at the Friday Harbor farmers market in 2016 and it has continued to grow since then. We have catered over 350 weddings in the last 8 years.
