We are a self-sufficient Catering Service, meaning we will bring all the cooking equipment and the cooking staff. From formal sit-down dinners to casual meet and greets, our culinary experts team will help you plan the perfect menu to meet your needs.

What makes us a unique catering option is that we cook the paella in front of your guests as they gather around and experience the pleasure of the fabulous aromas, share drinks, tapas, pintxos and laughter.
We have catered over 250 events in the last 6 years, these events not only have been on the San Juan Islands but also in the Seattle area and Oregon.
The co-owner and creator of Paellas San Juan has worked for more than 20 years in the gastronomic sector throughout Spain in places like Minorca (her hometown), the Canary Islands, Cordoba and Barcelona, in this last city she led a team in a cutting-edge restaurant of exotic tapas. She has also assisted courses in the city of Barcelona that were presented by the Sous-chef of El Bulli, restaurant owned by Ferran Adrian. With her experience and her passion for gastronomy, she started this family business at the Friday Harbor farmers market in 2016 and it has continued to grow since then.
